Revert code because it does not fix security hole completely. Also it
...
does work on origin but at a transition level.
Sanitizing for command line data must not appears inside a function used
for http data. I prefer fixing this at the source and also using a rule
that clean all attacks completely instead of a rule that clean "most
problem but not all".

...
For example MAIN_ONLY_LOGIN_ALLOWED=admin will lock login to any login except admin.
This make possible to make maintenance works.
A page to add/remove this constant will be added later in system-tools

Fix: La ref utilis pour stocker les documents joint d'une facture fournisseurs n'tant pas unique, les documents se retrouvs mlangs.
...
On utilise maintenant l'id de la facture fournisseur.
L'arobrescence de dcoupage de sockage des propales est mis sur 2 niveaux au lieu de 3
