To test persistent object caching Travis CI runs now a build on PHP 5.6 with memached enabled. The build uses the drop-in from https://github.com/tollmanz/wordpress-pecl-memcached-object-cache which is based on the PECL memcached extension. Props pento, ocean90. Fixes #31491.
