From 58cde838c1a18d48ce3738ad335fc50de2153f0f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Sergey Biryukov Date: Tue, 13 Dec 2022 12:26:15 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Code Modernization: Rename parameters that use reserved keywords in `wp-includes/query.php`. While using reserved PHP keywords as parameter name labels is allowed, in the context of function calls using named parameters in PHP 8.0+, this will easily lead to confusion. To avoid that, it is recommended not to use reserved keywords as function parameter names. This commit: * Renames the `$var` and `$default` parameters to `$query_var` and `$default_value` in `get_query_var()`. * Renames the `$var` parameter to `$query_var` in `set_query_var()`.
